Includes:

1. Checking of all bearings, lube and grease as needed.
2. Checking of the spindles for thread wear and shaft straightness.
3. Checking of temperature sensing range.
4. Temperature measurement accuracy.
5. Torque/Viscosity accuracy test.
6. Torque/Viscosity repeatability test.
7. Perform oscillation test.
8. Checking of display Interface.
9. Power Supply Check.
10. Grounding Check.
11. Calibration with Certified Viscosity Standards.
